STRAIGHT STITCH VARIATIONS

EYE LET STITCH

Eye let stitch is traditionally known as French Broderie Anglaise. It is also known as eyelet hole stitch.
It is a stitch which consists of little holes in the center.  This stitch is made with both machine and hand embroidery.
Traditionally it was made on white cloth with white thread and was called as (White Work Embroidery). But now in modern fashion world, it is made with different colors of thread on colored clothes.
This stitch looks very delicate but actually it is very rigid and strong.

This is done on different shapes such as: oval, round, pear, etc.

I recommend eyelet stitch to do bud of flower.
